That is enough You Tube videos for a while, unless I come across some really good ones.
We have done Christmas, survived New Year, and have started preparing for the big cost period.
Everything arrives in February, the TV licence renewal, Car Service, M.O.T., Car Tax and Breakdown Cover, Buildings & Contents insurance, and in a bad year Water and Electric bills drop through the letterbox at the same time. I shall be poor for two months afterwards trying to pay off the debt. I must try budgeting.
I have just finished reading Northern Lights by Philip Pullman and as the wife is struggling to get started on it we are going to see the film tonight. I have been warned that the film ends two chapters from the end of the book and I can understand why? The film is for entertainment and the book is for edification.
I got into the book after Mrs Coulter appeared (my type of woman - ambitious for power) and have now started reading the second book which starts in a completely different place. I look forward to seeing the second book marry into the first one at some point ahead. Bring on Mrs Coulter!
Manchester United have just used Wayne Rooney to score two goals against Aston Villa. That sould give them the win in the F.A.Cup.
Right - we are off to the cinema - using Nectar points to pay.
