U2 - Bloody Sunday

This song always reattaches me to my emotions. The events of this song took place during my youth and it made me angry to know that my government condoned murder. It still does but there are much greater controls and they are mostly Iraqis or Afghanis. They also keep it off TV which is the key to hearts and minds.

My life today has become classically comfortably numb. I cannot get worked up about world affairs because I choose not to take too great an interest. I have a nice safe family life and a nine to five job.

Should I relight the fire of my youth or accept the calming waters of maturity?

I guess it is a question that many people face as they advance through life.

Don't leave it too late to fight YOUR fight as the passion wanes with age.
